An American architect designed this building, it has 21 floors and 18,000 m2 of rentable floor space. Because of the unique design and height, the office building is one of the most recognizable structures in Utrecht.
The entrance is the heart of the building, with a Vascobelo Café-Brasserie, reception, and two meeting rooms. The rooms have a capacity of 5 and 10 persons. Furthermore, the lobby has an industrial atmosphere with many additional seating arrangements and flex workplaces. To top it off, there is a large terrace with the sun in the afternoon.
